My nick name is Wasabiguru…as I have a rather long Relationship with Japanese cuisine.

I’ve worked in Japan for a number of years, mainly for Hilton International as Executive chef of a 500 room hotel in Hokkaido (North Japan). During my career as a chef, I’ve worked in Japanese restaurants in various countries around the world. In the mid 90s I was executive sous chef at Nobu Park Lane for 6 years.  I have a sincere love for Japanese food and I’m happy to share my recipes with you…
