Ingredients

  • 2 Avocado (Chopped 1 cm Dice)
  • 1/2 Small Red Onion
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 15 ml (1Tbsp) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • to taste sea salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 dash tabasco sauce
  • 4 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced for garnish)
  • 30 g (2 Tbsp) fresh coriander (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Mix salsa ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Slice bell pepper
  3. Put salsa, sliced bell pepper and coriander in toritilla Roll it up and srve.
