Ingredients

  • 400 g (2 cups) cooked chick peas
  • 60 g (1/3 cup) tahini
  • 50 ml (¼ cup) lemon juice
  • 5 g (1 tsp) sea salt
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 30 ml (2 Tbsp) olive oil
  • 1 pinch paprika

Preparation

  1. Place the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the garbanzo bean mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
