Type of Dish Appetiser
- 400 g (2 cups) cooked chick peas
- 60 g (1/3 cup) tahini
- 50 ml (¼ cup) lemon juice
- 5 g (1 tsp) sea salt
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) olive oil
- 1 pinch paprika
- Place the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the garbanzo bean mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
Preparation Time is approxmiately 20 minutes.
Cooking Time is approxmiately 50 minutes.
