- 200 g (½ lb) feta cheese
- 200 g (½ lb) ricotta cheese
- 90 ml (6 Tbsp) butter, soft
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 15 ml (1 Tbsp) fresh dill (chopped)
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) parsley (chopped)
- 15 ml (1 Tbsp) spring onion (chopped)
- 10 ml (2 tsp) lemon juice
- In a food processor mix feta, ricotta, butter, lemon juice and garlic until smooth.
- Add dill, parsley and spring onions. Process until almost smooth.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled with pita bread.
