Ingredients

  • 200 g (½ lb) feta cheese
  • 200 g (½ lb) ricotta cheese
  • 90 ml (6 Tbsp) butter, soft
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) fresh dill (chopped)
  • 30 ml (2 Tbsp) parsley (chopped)
  • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) spring onion (chopped)
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) lemon juice

Preparation

  1. In a food processor mix feta, ricotta, butter, lemon juice and garlic until smooth.
  2. Add dill, parsley and spring onions. Process until almost smooth.
  3. Serve at room temperature or chilled with pita bread.
