The simplicity of this salad is fantastic. Serve it as a starter or as an accompaniment to grilled meat or fish.
Type of Dish Salad
- 3 large tomato (seeded and chopped)
- 1 medium cucumber (seeded, peeled and chopped)
- 1 large red onion (chopped)
- 1 large green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 handful parsley (chopped)
- 2 g (1/2 tsp) cumin
- 15 ml (1 Tbsp) lemon juice
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) olive oil
- to taste sea salt
- to taste black pepper
- Prepare and chop the vegetables.
- add the chopped parsley, cumin, lemon juice and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- serve cold.
Preparation Time is approxmiately 30 minutes.
