Libyan Hararat Spice Blend
Type of Dish Spice mix
- 8 g (1 ½ tsp) cinnamon powder
- 5 g (1 tsp) ground cumin
- 5 g (1 tsp) ground coriander
- 2 g (¼ tsp) chili flakes
- 2 g (¼ tsp) allspice
- Heat a frying pan to medium high heat, add spices and stir constantly until they begin to release their aroma. This should take 2 to 3 minutes, take care not to burn them. Store in an airtight container.
Preparation Time is approxmiately 30 minutes.
Cooking Time is approxmiately 5 minutes.
