Libyan Cheese Dip
Type of Dish Snack
- 100 g (¼ lb) feta cheese
- 45 g (3 Tbsp) plain yogurt
- 15 ml (1 Tbsp) lemon juice
- 15 g (1 Tbsp) fresh dill (chopped)
- 15 g (1 Tbsp) fresh parsley(chopped)
- 15 g (1 Tbsp) olive oil
- 2 Hot pita bread to serve
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and work to a course puree. Serve with hot pita bread.
Preparation Time is approxmiately 30 minutes.
