Truffle fragranced Miso & Foie Gras Cappuccino
Type of Dish Soup
- 800 ml Japanese dashi stock
- 80 g inaka miso
- 20 g foie gras
- 5 ml truffle oil
- 100 ml milk
- Heat up the dashi, in a food processor, add the miso, truffle oil and foie gras, blitz until smooth
- Warm up milk with a little truffle oil, make a froth with a hand held electric mixer.
- serve the soup in a cappuccino cup with shaved black truffle on top of the froth
Preparation Time is approxmiately 20 minutes.
Cooking Time is approxmiately 30 minutes.
