Chili Laza Sauce
Type of Dish Sauce
- 200 ml (1 cup) Crushed dry chilli
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 200 ml (1 cup) sunflower oil
- 5 g (1 tsp) salt
- 15 ml (1 Tbsp) white vinegar
- Mix garlic and chili in a large heatproof bowl.
- Stir in salt and vinegar.
- Pour boiling hot oil on top and stir (oil must be very hot).
- Let it stand till cool.
Preparation Time is approxmiately 10 minutes.
