Type of Dish Spice Mix
- 45 g (3 Tbsp) Paprika Powder
- 100 g (¼ lb) Chili Powder
- 10 g (2 tsp) Ginger Powder
- 5 g (1 tsp) Nutmeg powder
- 10 g (2 tsp) Dry Mustard powder
- 5 g (1 tsp) Ground Cloves
- 10 g (2 tsp) Garlic Salt
- 150 g (1 Tbsp) Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 150 g (1/3lb) Brown Sugar
- Mix all the ingredients together. Store in an airtight container. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. To use, pat ribs dry with kitchen paper and spread the rub evenly on prepared ribs. leave to rest for 30 to 40 minutes and then cook on the BBQ.
