Pork Belly with Kiwi Rosemary

Ingredients
- 1 kg (2.2 lbs) pork belly
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) sake (rice wine)
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) mirin
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) soy sauce
- 100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
- 3 pieces kiwi (peeled and chopped)
- 3 branches rosemary
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients together, marinade for 3 to 4 hours. Cook on BBQ until done.
