Ingredients

  • 1 kg (2.2 lbs) pork belly
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) sake (rice wine)
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) mirin
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) soy sauce
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
  • 3 pieces kiwi (peeled and chopped)
  • 3 branches rosemary

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together, marinade for 3 to 4 hours. Cook on BBQ until done.
