Kiwi and Rosemary Marinade

Type of Dish Marinade

Ingredients
- 3 branches rosemary
- 3 kiwi fruit (chopped)
- 100 ml (½ cup) Soy sauce
- 100 ml (½ cup) Mirin
- 100 ml (½ cup) Sugar
- 100 ml (½ cup) sake
Preparation
- Mix all together and marinade meat for 4 to 6 hours. Works very well for for pork ribs or pork belly. This marinade has powerful tenderizing properties. You can also baste the meat with the marinade as it cooks. Take take as the marinade it sweet so if cooking at high temperature it can burn easily.
