Spicy Mango Dip (Tirk salouk swai)

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe mango (peeled and chopped)
  • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) lime juice
  • 50 ml (¼ cup) chopped coriander
  • 1 spring onion (chopped)
  • 2 g (½ tsp) salt
  • 4 4 red chili peppers (chopped)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together, taste and adjust seasoning with salt and lime juice if necessary. For a smoother sauce use a food processor. Serve with grilled meat or fish or vegetable crudities
